Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from tHe date you receive your order to request a return.

Please note: Returns are for store credit only 

To begin your return, please use our Contact Us form. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label along with step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve tHe issue as quickly as possible.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of tHe outcome. If your return is approved, you’ll receive a gift card for tHe value of your item to use on future purchases.

Please note: All returned items are subject to a thorough inspection. Used, damaged, or broken items will not be accepted—no exceptions.

How long does it take to rcieve my pakage?

Shipping timeframes vary based on tHe day you place your order and tHe shipping option selected at cHeckout. Orders typically ship within 3–4 business days, but in some cases, it may take 5–8 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email, which you can use to monitor your package and view estimated delivery dates.

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend visiting your local post office or contacting USPS or UPS directly to file a claim.
